“I wanted to share positive feedback about my recent purchase experience with Earl Locke at Group 1 Ford in Pensacola. Earl was patient, thorough, and easy to work with throughout the process. My wife came in planning to look at used Toyotas, and she is not a Ford person like I am, so I was honestly surprised she was even open to looking at new Fords. Earl took the time to walk her through an Explorer and several Broncos without any pressure. The Explorer ended up being too large for what we needed, but she fell in love with the Bronco Sport. She liked the feel, the room, and how it drives. We ultimately purchased a 2025 Bronco, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. I would recommend Earl to anyone shopping at Group 1 Ford in Pensacola.”

“just bought our first ford ever in 50yrs. we love our bronco and happy with buying experience brandon and bryan were great. we were really picky and we ended up with what we wanted. now as for finance side of things we were ok till we went over the numbers after we bought it i know dumb. well turned out there was an extra 1000 added to price of truck. we were told warranty was 2400. but because we found that extra 1000 he said oh no warranty was 3600 and they had to add 1000 of it in price of truck for formatting. we all know total bs. well then steve got rude and said i could return truck or go with my financial system yes the interest was more then they offered. but we’re happy with truck but people check ur numbers. all of this i understand it’s my fault i didn’t check while sitting there. check ur numbers. well after this i will not buy there again or give good reference. the finance guy steve just ruined the whole experience. don’t deal with steve ask for another guy. bryan u been great man sry one person screwed it up. we r very happy with bronco thank you so much.”
