Marco made sure I got all the features and trim that I wanted and a gave a tutorial of the EV, BlueOpal, and BlueCruise features I had never used before. Ive felt very confident so far in my first EV and will absolutely get my next vehicle with them!”

From start to finish only took 3 hours to drive away with a brand new truck and trade in my old truck. 10/10 service.”

“Pensacola Ford is amazing! We have been a couple of times just to look to see if we wanted to buy, and we did not feel pressured to buy once. The salesmen there are extremely nice and understanding! We recently went there to get a quote for our car we were selling, and they gave us a deal we couldn’t refuse! The manager, Chris, helped us out on the price. Our salesman, Andrew, was knowledgeable and was super helpful! We will be going back if we decide to buy another Ford!”

“Robin and Todd were absolutely wonderful to work with. By far the best customer service experience I’ve had in a dealership and I’ve bought many cars in a short period of time. I appreciate their willingness and effort to work with us over the phone prior to coming down and having everything ready to go since we live 2 hours away and have 2 little ones who don’t necessarily enjoy a dealership trip. 🥲 Would recommend them to anyone and definitely over our local Ford!”

My husband had been searching for a F-150 single cab truck, specifically the supercharged Roush F-150 in black on black, and Earl just happened to have exactly what he was looking for.
Even though my husband took some time to make a decision, Earl kept in touch in the most respectful way — no pressure, just letting us know he was there if we needed anything.
