I had been looking for a newer vehicle for my driving job. I had gone to Pensacola Hyundai, Kia , Ft Walton, and every place online. I almost gave up and I saw a car listed on Sandy Sansing Mazda Pensacola. It looked perfect for my needs. I had a 2022 Hyundai Tuscon limited I purchased from Allen Turner Hyundai, I went there first as a long time customer and service customer. They unfortunately did not treat me well and low balled my well maintained Hyundai. I went to Kia, they gave good treatment but had no car available there for my needs. I went to SS Mazda and met Matt Holden. Let me tell you .. the level of service this young man gave me was SUPERB! And I’m in sales. He went above and beyond for me. He even gave me a perfect amount needed for my Hyundai trade in, better than Allen Turner where I bought my car brand new! That says ALOT. Then we test drove the 2024 Kia Sportage Pro X. It was a perfect car for me! Low miles , all the bells and whistles AND at a super price! Best price around from here to Ft Walton! Matt made my experience the best I could ask for. He was extremely easy to work with exceptional professionalism and very easy going and knowledgeable. Give this guy a raise!! I’ve been in sales for 30 years, Matt is the man. I am so grateful for SS Mazda and Matt and the lovely gentleman who took my payment and helped me to get a little extra coverage to take great care of my new car. I am so impressed it was such a relief for me to not have to haggle. I’ve always had dealers not take me serious because I’m a woman , but not Matt. He was wonderful. My hats off to Matt Holden and the kind folks at Sandy Sansing Mazda. You have won me over and I will recommend this place to everyone I meet. Thanks again Matt!

So we brought our Mazda CX9 in for a check engine light, after being referred and sent by Honda. I informed the front desk upon arrival that we have an extended warranty and another warranty. Gave said information to them, and went back to wait. A couple hours later, I went back to ask for any updates, they said they were in the middle of running the diagnostic test, which costs $212 after tax. The guy at the desk, I believe his name was Tyler, went over what was found to be wrong with our car. At the end, he then told me that we would have to pay for the costly repairs out of pocket because "our warranty does not cover after market parts". We have a platinum warranty through Fidelity that was purchased when buying our car just a few short months before. It covers after market parts. Needless to say, they Never looked into our warranty and never started a claim! After I paid $212 to just get our car back, and was told our price for fixing it was going to be close to $7,000. I took the car back down to Honda where it was originally purchased, and they explained to me that they shouldn't have charged me, and they definitely should have started a claim since they were clearly informed about our warranty information. I say all this, to say that you should be careful who you take your car to. I felt like they took advantage of the fact that I was a female by myself. Our warranty company is 100% looking into this. They may have gotten their quick $212, but they will never have our business again.

I’ve had minimal interaction with the sales department, but when I visit a dealership’s service department, I expect honest customer service and competent technicians. Unfortunately, after four separate visits, I’ve been disappointed every time. At this point, it’s safe to say I won’t be returning. First visit: I came in for a pre-trip oil change and inspection, the drive i was planning to make was roughly 2000 miles. When I got my car home after my visit I discovered the drain plug was several turns from finger-tight and actively leaking oil which could result in signifigant damages. However I initially brushed it off as a mistake and luckly my wife noticed it before the trip. Second visit: I brought the car in for a rough ride and was told that everything was “critical” — front and rear brakes, control arms, etc. When I inspected the brakes myself, they still had roughly 80% life remaining. That did not sit well with me. Third visit: I decided to just address everything and spent roughly $3,500 on control arms, front and rear brakes, and tires. I was told at pickup that the front brakes were healthy. Those same front brakes failed within a month. Fourth visit: I brought the vehicle in specifically for a strong electrical burning smell and had it towed in. I was given a list of recommended repairs, including claims that my front brake shims were missing and that the AC compressor had failed. I had just done those brakes myself and knew the hardware was intact. When I got the car home and inspected it, all brake hardware was present and in good condition — so I’m not sure how I was being quoted over $300 for parts that were not missing. On top of that, another oil change was recommended even though one had just been performed. My issue is simple: I go to a dealership service center so I don’t have to question the work or the ethics. It’s supposed to be a place of trust. I don’t have unlimited money, and I have a wife and two small children who rely on this vehicle being safe and reliable. That’s why I brought it here — to make sure it was done correctly. Unfortunately, that hasn’t been my experience. I truly wish it were different. Good luck to others, and stay safe.

Purchased a new vehicle from salesperson Ashley. Ashley is courteous, professional, personable, genuinely wants to assist and is not pushy. We looked at 3 different new vehicles and she was extremely knowledgeable on all of them on the spot. She was very patient in training us on the different aspects of the vehicles technical systems and operations. Ashley made our experience very pleasant. We dealt with the Sales Manager, Finance Manager, and Parts Dept for an upgraded itemwhile going through the purchase process. Everyone was courteous and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend this dealership and Ashley for your salesperson. Highly motivated environment. We love the vehicle we purchased. They showed us integrity which isn't necessarily common in the car business. We will return for sure!!!

I am always impressed when I leave Sandy Sansing Mazda Pensacola. Bought my car here and have been bringing it in for servicing when it needs it. Jewel is awesome and very down to earth. She did not make me feel like I was pressured to buy something I didn’t want and was awesome at showing me differences in prices, warranty, and rates. Nothing was left out so I was completely aware of the whole process since this was my first auto loan. The service department is awesome too! I love the personalized videos of what all has been/is being checked and their suggestions. Very smooth and easy to accept or defer additional services until next time. Always refer my friends when they talk about their car issues or needing a new car. Go see Jewel! Keep doing an awesome job everyone!
