I was immediately greeted and introduced to my service advisor, Alex, who was thorough, transparent, and happy to answer all of my questions, especially regarding wait times. He made the process quick and efficient and had me in and out in a reasonable amount of time. The customer lounge was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of space to relax while I waited. “I purchased a 2022 Ram 2500 on September 9th from Vera Buick Cadillac GMC in Miami, working with a sales rep named Kevin. We drove over 3 hours to buy this truck, only to find out a few days later that it had multiple issues that should have been caught before the sale. Both batteries were bad, the wheel balance was off, and the alignment was never done properly. We drove another 3 hours back to their service department at a specific date and time they scheduled, just to be told they “couldn’t do anything” because according to them the alignment was “right,” the wheels were fine, and the batteries were “perfect.” For the next 7 days, every single time we tried to start the truck, the batteries were dead. I contacted Kevin again, and after he spoke with his manager and the used car sales manager, they agreed in writing to reimburse us for the two batteries this truck requires (Ram 2500 batteries are not cheap), totaling about $1,000 in repairs. We were told a check would be mailed to us. It has now been 3 months. We never received the reimbursement, and Kevin has completely stopped responding. Once they sell you the vehicle, they do not care to help—especially if it’s used. Selling vehicles with known issues and then refusing to stand by what they put in writing is unacceptable. I would not recommend buying a vehicle here, especially a used one. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration.”
