I had an excellent experience buying an M2 Competition at BMW Peabody with Ryan Delaney. Ryan was helpful, patient, and clearly demonstrates a wealth of knowledge about BMWs. Dan Kimball was fantastic in the finance office and contributed to a seamless and enjoyable buying process. I highly recommend working with them both at BMW Peabody.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’d like to share my experience at BMW Peabody. This was my second visit to the location to have my BMW X7 serviced. Upon arriving, I was greeted by salesman Ted Pineault, who was extremely friendly, professional, and respectful. He went above and beyond to help me resolve my issue with true excellence. During our conversation, I spontaneously shared a bit of a personal situation with him, and Ted’s genuine empathy truly touched me. Shortly after, he surprised me with something I completely wasn’t expecting — a simple yet deeply meaningful gesture that made my day absolutely incredible. Since I was a child, I’ve always dreamed of owning a BMW — the iconic design, the sporty engines that make my eyes light up. And today, thank God, I’ve fulfilled that dream with a BMW in my garage. But through Ted’s remarkable attitude, I discovered something much greater: behind the BMW brand lies humanity, respect, and genuine care for their customers. The team’s support was outstanding — they even offered me a courtesy vehicle reservation while mine was being serviced. I felt truly welcomed and valued, which made me even more passionate about the brand. From Alex, the service manager, to the receptionist who exudes friendliness and professionalism, every interaction was first-class. Some people dream of Ferraris or Lamborghinis… but for me, BMW has my heart and my loyalty for life — because this brand proves that excellence is not only in their cars but also in their people. Thank you, BMW Peabody, for providing such a qualified, caring, and exceptional team. And Ted — I’ll be back soon to give you a big hug as a gesture of my gratitude. We were on a road trip 1900 miles from home (Canada) & our rental 2024 BMW X3 was requiring an oil change 1/4 way though our trip. We were in a pickle & our rental company let us get it serviced if possible. Not trusting any quick lube shop I contacted Peabody Bmw as they were close to see if they could somehow help. I explained our dilemma to service advisor Adam Centauro & he said to stop by & he'd see what he could do for us to get us back on the road quickly. Once there, we were treated like family & good regular customers. They were able to squeeze an oil change & multipoint inspection in & have us back on the road within an hour & a half! An added bonus was being able to browse a loaded lot while sipping on a complimentary cappuccino from their on-site barrista. Totally recommend this dealership & would almost be inclined to fly the 1900 miles & buy a new BMW from them! The whole experience from driving BMW product over 6000 miles & getting awesome service has cemented our decision on our next new vehicle being a BMW.
