“We were on a road trip 1900 miles from home (Canada) & our rental 2024 BMW X3 was requiring an oil change 1/4 way though our trip. We were in a pickle & our rental company let us get it serviced if possible. Not trusting any quick lube shop I contacted Peabody Bmw as they were close to see if they could somehow help. I explained our dilemma to service advisor Adam Centauro & he said to stop by & he'd see what he could do for us to get us back on the road quickly. Once there, we were treated like family & good regular customers. They were able to squeeze an oil change & multipoint inspection in & have us back on the road within an hour & a half! An added bonus was being able to browse a loaded lot while sipping on a complimentary cappuccino from their on-site barrista. Totally recommend this dealership & would almost be inclined to fly the 1900 miles & buy a new BMW from them! The whole experience from driving BMW product over 6000 miles & getting awesome service has cemented our decision on our next new vehicle being a BMW.”
