“I wish I could do 10 star review!! This is the best experience I ever have dealing with a dealership, Mauren she’s a 10 star sales lady !!! I literally walk in there by 1:45pm and by 4pm I was out with a new car!!! Gave me good money for my trade in!!! And got me approved even with my credit not being good!! Definitely coming back in the future!!!!”

“If i could leave no stars I would. My husband went all the way down to pick up the jag. After being approved blah blah. My husband gets to the lot and the price went from 6k to 18k. These guys are crooks don't buy here. Who's gonna buy a 100k mile 100.204k to be exact and they offer no warranty for it.
Bad business #SHADYSHIESTYPPL. And like we told you we hv receipts from the conversation I had with the sales-woman. Crooked dealership DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.”

“Bought my Dodge Durango from here , GREAT DEALER , I arranged a test drive on the website, which is easy to use, and got a call back from Jessica. She confirmed the time and date , which I messed up but she fixed my mistake. I got there and Memo took me for a test drive and showed me the car, He was very professional/knowledgeable about the Durango and didn't try to BS me. He explained it needed some work , which I understood. The price was good and they even were willing to negotiate on it. The entire crew there make you feel comfortable.”

I had an amazing experience at Auto Universe! My wife and I went there on Saturday and got our Dodge Challenger, and we couldn’t be happier with it. The car is in perfect condition and the whole process was smooth and stress-free.
Memo was the one who helped us, and he was absolutely great — professional, friendly, and honest from start to finish. He took the time to explain everything and made sure we got exactly what we wanted.
If you’re looking for a dealership that truly cares about their customers, Auto Universe is definitely the place to go. Highly recommend!”
