“Avoid North Coast Mitsubishi West in Cleveland, OH — Extremely Disappointing Experience I had a highly disappointing experience with North Coast Mitsubishi West. My partner and I found a vehicle online and communicated with multiple sales representatives (Zee and Bub) as well as the manager, Donald. We took time off work and flew in from Texas specifically to see the car in person. We were told there was a “blemish,” the vehicle needed new tires, and the windshield would be replaced. However, upon arriving at the dealership, none of the sales reps or the manager we spoke to were present—except Bub, who brushed us off to Mo. Mo was kind and tried to assist by checking on the vehicle, but he was also unware of the current status. He explained they had just started working on the car. When we went to see the vehicle, it was in terrible condition—looking like it had gone through a chop shop. The driver’s side bumper/hood was smashed in, there was bondo on the driver’s door, and a scratch on the back side. The vehicle was listed as a 2025 model with only 13+k miles, which made the condition even more shocking. I am utterly floored by the blatant misrepresentation and poor business ethics. It appears they buy and sell previously damaged vehicles without disclosing the damage, as there were no accidents reported on Carfax. Mo apologized for the situation, but that does little to make up for the deception and wasted time and money. I strongly advise others to stay far away from North Coast Mitsubishi West. Their dishonesty and poor vehicle condition make for a terrible experience.”
