“I can’t say enough good about the guys at Guaranteed Motor Cars in Palos Hills! I bought what was no doubt the nicest BMW 750i in the country. The car is a 2022 but looks and smells brand new. A huge shout out to Zach and MJ for making the deal happen. They even went above and beyond to take the car to an up-fitter in their area to get some extra customization done to the car that I wanted prior to them ship the car to me. The shipping was flawless as well. The car left the Chicago area one morning and was dropped off in my drive way in rural Louisiana before noon the next day. Not only would I not hesitate to buy from these guys again, but I WILL be buying from them again! Many, many thanks Zach and MJ!!!”

This was my first time purchasing a vehicle online, and Mike Ali made the experience very easy, working with me to gather all the necessary information as I went through the process. “If I could give 0 stars, I would. My experience with Guaranteed Motor Cars was extremely disappointing. From the very first visit, they pushed add-ons like maintenance plans and gap insurance that I didn’t want, trying to sell them as “only $20 more a month,” which actually added nearly $5,000 to the total cost. I had declined gap insurance, but when reviewing the contract I caught that they had added it in anyway.
The car itself was not in good condition. It was delivered with less than a quarter tank of gas, dirty both inside and out, with a strong odor that they claimed had been “detailed.” My brother and I later did a much better job cleaning it in our own garage. On top of that, the tires and brake pads were extremely worn and had to be replaced almost immediately. The car also had 2,000 more miles than what was advertised, and when questioned, they told us that it must have been a typo. The key they provided was a cheap aftermarket one that interfered with features like keyless entry, and the spare key wasn’t even cut to fit the car.
Shortly after purchase, I noticed water leaking through the windshield into the headliner when I took the car through a car wash. While they eventually agreed to repair it, the process was terrible. It was very difficult to get anyone on the phone, I was constantly put on hold or hung up on, and updates were almost impossible to get. When I finally went to pick the car up, I was left waiting for over an hour because the windshield repair person had taken off with my key, and when the service manager returned with it, he disappeared again, leaving me sitting around even longer. To make matters worse, the windshield “repair” itself looks rushed and unprofessional, leaving me concerned about the quality and longevity of the fix.
Overall, the entire process was unprofessional, frustrating, and filled with shady practices. Between the dishonest sales tactics, poor communication, and sloppy service, I cannot recommend this dealership to anyone.”
