“I brought my car to FC Kerbeck for an oil change and tire rotation. Immediately after leaving, the “tire monitor system” warning light came on. When I returned, I was told the TPMS sensors were damaged and was hit with an outrageous $1053 repair bill. I spoke to a worker—whose name I never got—who completely brushed me off, telling me, “I’m not the one to wrestle with,” before passing me to the Service Manager. The Service Manager was equally dismissive and outright refused to take any responsibility for the damage caused during their service. This level of customer service is unacceptable. The sensors were clearly fine before the service, and the shop refuses to own up to their mistake while charging me a huge amount for repairs. I strongly advise others to think twice before trusting FC Kerbeck with tire or TPMS-related services.”

“When you talk about the finest of automobiles, this is your place to stop. If anybody knew the elder Kerbeck you know that he was just as much of quality as his cars are top-notch, good man and a good business man so if you looking for a good luxury car Head on over to Kerbeck’s and you know you gonna get the best service ever because now the son has taken over the next generation is running it and he’s A1 just like his dad. ❤️❤️❤️👊🏾✌🏾”

“Took the car for a test drive and everything went great. Salesman said he would have the car washed and prepared while I went to get the check for the purchase. Come back two hours later, complete the purchase, enter the car and it's an unfamiliar odor. I didn't know what it was but after a few hours whatever was sprayed to mask the smell wore off and it was cigarettes. Whomever washed the car smoked in it. The smell was so strong it got in my clothes. The next day the customer care rep called to ask about my experience and I informed them of my displeasure that the car I just purchased smelled like stale cigarettes. He told me he would pass this complaint along, I also inquired about receiving a voucher for my complimentary oil change because I live an hour away and would like to have it done close by. I was told inquiries would be made and a return call would be given. Hours later and I have yet to hear anything back from them.”
