BUYER BEWARE - Do not ship cars to this location or buy from them. We paid to have a car shipped to this location. The car arrived in terrible condition, lots of scratches and dings that were not pictured. Interior was torn up, it was an AWD car with mismatched tires, generally just the car was a piece of junk and not as described. We complained about all of the obvious cosmetic and mechanical damage and they refuse to refund the shipping cost. The cars look great in pictures but if you have them shipped to the store, they will not help you at all if the condition is not as described. Combative salespeople, slow communication, and obviously no concerns about resolving the problems in a reasonable way.

I want to take a moment to thank CarMax for such an amazing experience. Their customer service truly goes above and beyond, and their prices were great from start to finish. A big thank you to Stephanie for being so helpful every step of the way—you were wonderful! Josh in the service department also went the extra mile to address my concerns, and I really appreciate it. If you’re looking for a car, this is the place to go. They have a fantastic selection and an incredible team ready to help.

I'm giving 5 stars for the fantastic customer service I received from my sales consultant, Jared Simmons. I appreciated his patience, professionalism and knowledge in the kind of car I was interested in purchasing. I especially appreciated him in his help to have a part replaced on my new vehicle that was not properly fixed by service. I feel he went above and beyond to make me a satisfied customer.

My sales Guy Jared was helpful, courteous, informative and made my purchase smooth. Jared was awesome and needs to be acknowledged for his exceptional service! I believe his last name is Simmons. Jared Simmons you deserve employee of the year. I called Jared after my purchase because I wasn't familiar with my bear car and was out of town..he took the time to figure it out over the phone ! Service Employee Joshua Dagnino, Just all around nice guy. I remember him from last years oil change. Very informative, so you know the accurate wait time. Also, advised me of a tire pressure light that is on due to a sensor that needs to be replaced, but tire pressure is solid all 4 tires. $39 for an oil change is very reasonable. I appreciate the service, and coffee ☕️ visiting this particular location. Also, bathroom was very clean. Thanks again.
