“BUYER BEWARE - Do not ship cars to this location or buy from them. We paid to have a car shipped to this location. The car arrived in terrible condition, lots of scratches and dings that were not pictured. Interior was torn up, it was an AWD car with mismatched tires, generally just the car was a piece of junk and not as described. We complained about all of the obvious cosmetic and mechanical damage and they refuse to refund the shipping cost. The cars look great in pictures but if you have them shipped to the store, they will not help you at all if the condition is not as described. Combative salespeople, slow communication, and obviously no concerns about resolving the problems in a reasonable way.”

“Service Employee Joshua Dagnino, Just all around nice guy. I remember him from last years oil change. Very informative, so you know the accurate wait time. Also, advised me of a tire pressure light that is on due to a sensor that needs to be replaced, but tire pressure is solid all 4 tires. $39 for an oil change is very reasonable. I appreciate the service, and coffee ☕️ visiting this particular location. Also, bathroom was very clean. Thanks again.”
