“I had an extremely disappointing experience with Ferman BMW, and I would strongly caution anyone considering purchasing extended products from them.
When I bought my vehicle, I was sold an extended warranty and maintenance contract totaling nearly $9,000. These products were explicitly pitched to me as “fully refundable if unused.” That representation was a major factor in my decision to purchase them.
Fast forward — I sold the car before the factory warranty even expired, and neither the extended warranty nor the maintenance plan was ever used. I contacted Ferman expecting a straightforward refund based on what I was told at the time of sale.
Instead, I was informed that:
The extended warranty is “prorated”
The maintenance contract is “non-refundable”
The result? I’m being offered $1,300 back on nearly $9,000 worth of products that were never used.
That is not a misunderstanding. That is not a small discrepancy. That is the complete opposite of how these products were presented during the sales process.
If these products are prorated and non-refundable, that should be clearly stated upfront — not reframed after the sale when a customer requests a refund.
This feels misleading at best and deceptive at worst. For a brand that markets itself as premium, this is a very poor reflection of customer integrity and transparency.

“i had an amazing experience at this dealership!!! it was the first time I didn't walk out frustrated!! My salesman, Dallas was amazing. He was very patient and very knowledgeable of all the products he made it very easy to make this purchase. The whole team was amazing from sales to finace !! I highly recommend Dallas for his knowledge and is no pressure approach. It is truly refreshing to have all my questions answered and not feel pressured at all!!! I can't say enough about my experience!!”

“My experience here was exceptional. Dave and Joe were truly outstanding, professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right BMW. They made the entire process smooth, transparent, and stress-free, which is not easy to find when buying a car.
The manager, Karl, was amazing as well. He made sure everything was handled perfectly, explained everything clearly, and went out of his way to make the deal fair and seamless. You can really tell this dealership is well run and values its customers.
If you’re looking to buy a BMW and want a top-tier experience, I highly recommend Ferman BMW. Ask for Dave and Joe — they’re the reason I’ll be a lifelong customer.”

“I recently purchased a new 2026 BMW 4 Series from Ferman BMW in Palm Harbor, and the entire experience exceeded every expectation. After several unpleasant interactions at other BMW dealerships in the Tampa Bay area, I decided to place a custom order with Ferman; and I’m so glad I did. The process was exceptional from start to finish.
My custom-order vehicle took about three months to arrive, exactly as they originally estimated. They kept me informed throughout the wait, and I was able to take delivery during the same week they forecasted months earlier. The transparency and consistency were impressive.

“Had an amazing experience buying my first Mini from Robert C. He was no nonsense, straight forward and extremely helpful and patient. Both Kyle and Scott in the financing department were beyond helpful in getting me in the car the same day, and overcoming some technical issues. And Leah was an angel who took the time and walked me through all the bells and whistles of owning a Mini. Couldn’t be more pleased with my experience, everyone went above and beyond to make sure i got the best and quickest deal. Highly recommend for any and all BMW and Mini purchases.”
