“As the closest Subaru dealer, Napleton Subaru is convenient. They offer free loaner vehicles for service, and unlike other dealerships, they seem to have an unlimited supply of vehicles available. If you have the time to wait for service to be completed, their waiting area is clean, large, and comfortable. Most of the Service Advisors are friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to help. Of course, like other dealerships, they will typically try to upsell more services. When making an appointment for service, it is always a good idea to check the maintenance schedule that comes with the service manual, and only get what you really need, unless you know you have a problem. I do recommend Napleton Subaru for service. I have not experienced their Sales team, so that will be a different review.”
