“Very rude and lots of unprofessionalism from Victor's behalf (from finance) when trying to ask questions pertaining something outside of his department. The operator forwarded my call to him -- I had asked for the accounting office, not the finance office. Victor insisted he would take a message for the proper department for me but I wanted immediate assistance/to speak someone directly at that moment.
He would not allow me finish a sentence or ask questions pertaining to the invoice I needed as he cut me off several times -- which I understand, it was not his department so he did not have the ability to assist. But the aggression in his approach and insistence that I could not speak to someone in that moment and had to leave a message with him, moved me enough that I took to Google reviews to write about it here... also WHY would I trust his ability to communicate my message to someone when all he did was interrupt me and assume he knew what the next sentence out of my mouth was???). So naturally, I hung up with him and when I called back, got transferred to the correct department, and had a wonderful gentleman get my invoice in less that 3 minutes.
Pro tip to Victor: LISTEN to the ENTIRE sentence someone says before responding. You are in finance my guy, how are you making any money with customers??? To the sales customers: avoid this guy.”

“I've been very impressed with this dealership and its service department. The facility is modern, well-maintained, and spotlessly clean. The staff are knowledgeable and courteous, and I was particularly impressed with their up-to-date IT systems—as someone in IT, I truly appreciate that. Having visited many dealerships, I can confidently say this is one of the best.”

“I was greeted promptly, and my car was serviced quickly. Frank kept me informed, and the tech sent a video showing his work. This was my first service on a new car so I had many questions which were thoroughly addressed by both the maintenance and sales departments. Alex in sales was exceptionally helpful. Time will tell if Napleton's is a great dealership but so far, I give them to thumbs up.”

“I appreciate their response and will update review here based on experience.
My wife bought a CPO cx30 from them, price was $1895 over listed price on there website. They kept us there until almost 11 pm and lied about detailing the car. There is still sharpie and writing on the exterior, pasta sauce on the headliner and numerous areas that clearly weren't cleaned.
Donnie the finance guy seemed very offended we didn't buy an extra warranty from them. Im really sorry that you guys are forced to be rude to customers to try and make money, seems like a bad structure.
Nice car but liars in the dealer, we were the only ones who didn't angrily storm out that night 🤔”
