“I recently purchased a 1999 Land Cruiser Prado from Car City Inc. and had a very positive experience. Back in fall of 2025 I was in the market for an imported Land Cruiser Prado and was interested in purchasing one from an out of state dealership, however before I could make my decision I wanted to test drive one first. I knew Car City Inc had a Prado in their inventory and they were very close by so I called and asked if I could take it for a test drive and they said absolutely. I met with one of the salesmen Will and I let him know that I wanted to test drive their Prado but I was not interested in buying it as I had my eyes on a different one. This was not a problem and Will happily gave me the keys and said to take it for a drive and to take as much time as I needed, he said he'd be inside if I had any questions. This was wonderful as I was able to look at the car peacefully on my own and at no time did I feel pressured at all. Their Prado was a great example and at a fantastic price which started making me think that I might actually take home this one instead. I was still a bit hesitant because buying an imported vehicle comes with its own extra steps and this dealership was still new to me however after talking to Will and the rest of the sales team I felt confident in their skills and workmanship. A few weeks after my initial test drive I came to the decision that their Prado is too good of a deal to pass up so I returned to Car City Inc and talked to Will again about purchasing their Prado. Just like our first meeting Will was a joy to work with and overall an outstanding guy. The purchase was smooth and easy, I bought the vehicle outright so I do not know how their financing services are. Its been a few months since I purchased their Prado and I have since taken it on a few road trips down to Atlanta, Chattanooga and Gatlinburg with no issues. I have just received the Title for the vehicle in the mail and everything with the registration and documentation of the vehicle is in order. I now have the confidence to give Car City Inc a proper review and I can say I absolutely recommend them as not only a used car dealership but also as JDM vehicle importer. I am interested in purchasing an imported Toyota Hiace van in the future and I will absolutely be returning here when Im ready to make that purchase.”
