“I wanted to take a moment to give this dealership a HUGE shoutout for being such a great and efficient team to work with! From the very beginning, Tina helped me set up my initial appointment. She was incredibly friendly and sweet. I mentioned that I was shopping around, and she said something that really stuck with me: “Before you shop around, give us a chance.” For some reason, that stayed on my mind all night. The next morning, I rearranged my appointments and decided to head to Mazda first — and I am so glad I did. When I arrived, we were greeted by Nasir, who was very welcoming and friendly. I came in knowing exactly what I wanted, and he helped me achieve just that. He was honest, helpful, and knowledgeable. If he didn’t know an answer right away, he made sure to find it. “Picked up my newest lease today and it could not have gone more smoothly. It's my 2nd (or 3rd) lease with Andrew and I won't go anywhere else. In fact, I moved 3.5 hours away from the Hudson Valley and this is my 2nd lease I specifically traveled back to Poughkeepsie and Andrew for. I told him what I was looking for and less than an hour later, he got back to me with my new lease AND got my payment down $50! We accomplished everything via text, and believe it or not, I did the paperwork and drive away from the dealership in under an hour which has never been my experience at any other dealership.
