“Truly hassle free! Went in on Saturday and talked with Randy a sales associate. Told him to get a good price point on the MX5 and that if he met my payment goal we’d have a deal. He texted me a few payment options and left the ball in my court. I answered and told him I’d be back the next day (Sunday) and would follow up with Anthony the sales manager. When I arrived at the dealership on Sunday Anthony (who I’d met briefly the day prior) was ready and happy to get the deal done. Asked me when I wanted delivery and I said “if it’s possible, I’d like to leave with it today” He looked at me and without hesitation said “no problem” and that was it. I met with 2 other people (Jeremy & Vinny) to sign some paperwork. The process was stress free. The individuals that work at Route 9 MAZDA of Poughkeepsie are friendly, knowledgeable and consummate professionals. Because of the quick turn around and it being Sunday they weren’t able to detail the car or put a full tank of gas in it for me, but they said bring it back later in the week and they’d take care of those items. If there was a way to give 10 stars I would! Nice job from the first sit down to final delivery. Bravo guys . . . Bravo!!”
