“I had an excellent experience. I called on a Friday afternoon after hearing a sudden loud noise coming from one of my wheels, and Beau got me in right away. The technician sent me a video showing exactly what the issue was, which I really appreciated. It made the whole process very transparent.
I was also concerned about my tires, and they were able to take care of that at the same time, which saved me another trip. They even provided a rental car, and the process was very easy.
The customer service was excellent the entire time. I especially loved working with Beau and Hailey. In this day and age of terrible customer service, it was refreshing to have such a positive experience.
I also appreciate that this location never recommends unnecessary work.”

“I had been told by Midas when I had an oil change I needed a new $90 fuel filter.
I declined. Later, I took my car into Rustom for front end rattling noise problem. Rustom did a complete check of everything. I ask about the fuel filter and was told it was fine, no need to replace!
They could have said the same thing but because of their honestly, they have my loyalty and respect. Midas eat your heart out! Honesty pays off, something you know nothing about!”

“I arrived at 8 AM for an oil change and tire rotation. I appreciate the new text video feature that highlights any filter issues. I am very satisfied with my 2022 Murano, as I have been a loyal Nissan customer since 1991.”

“I brought my Rogue in for an HVAC issue. After two weeks and nearly $3,000, the problem was still not resolved. I was told to bring it back in for another look.
When I returned, the experience became even more disappointing. The manager argued with me that the issue was fixed and yelled at me, stating that I just "don’t understand how HVAC systems in Nissans work." I’ve owned my Rogue for over five years and have driven Nissans my entire life, so this felt both dismissive and unprofessional.
The manager ultimately told to take my vehicle somewhere else and refused to have his crew take another look. I followed their advice and brought it to Beaverton Nissan. They diagnosed the issue as a faulty temperature sensor, repaired it within two days, and the total cost was about $400. The issue has been fully resolved since.
So I would suggest taking Rustom Nissan's own advice and bringing your vehicle anywhere else for repairs and service.”

“Ivan and team were very pleasant to work with. I did not feel pressured at all when I bought my new vehicle. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new Nissan. Thank you guys.”
