“My 2025 GV70's coolant reservoir was dropping low even after refilling a few times. I had to make a few trips to Genesis of Portland to resolve the matter. Eventually, we found that it had a faulty recovery coolant tank, so it had to be replaced. Mark ordered a new part, and the technician replaced it. We have no more leaks since then. Mark was very helpful in ordering the part, advising me when the part was in, and scheduling it right away for repair. His prompt service was very much appreciated. Thank you!”
