“Had an awesome experience buying a car with Ernie and Larry. Larry was super helpful and friendly from the moment we arrived. I would highly recommend them and they made sure the gas tank was full as well. Deducting one star because there were noticeable marks and stains on the car that cannot be cleaned up and the trunk had some sort of large scratch. Unreasonable considering the car is brand new and was just delivered to the dealership. I will try reaching out to see if they could possibly remove the marks from the seats but i’m overall very happy with my purchase.”

“On April 15,2026 I want to thank the Acura Sales team that helped with purchasing 2026 Acura MDX A-Spec Advance. This is my 2nd Acura from Dick Hannah of Acura of Portland. My first purchase Dick Hannah of Acura was a 2021 Acura TLX Tech package Performance Red was the color of the vehicle; I enjoyed the driving the TLX but I needed a vehicle with more storage and rear space and doesn't hurt my back when driving. The Sales threated me and wife with up most respect. There were no markups nor hidden fees; The sales Manager and his team gave me offer that I could not refuse; The Manger was willing to lose some of his commission to make the sale I said okay. The Manager did not have to do that but was grateful and was not expecting type of gratitude even the Finance Officer was a straight up guy. I also want to mention Acura service team I have nothing but respect for the service team every time I took my 2021 Acura TLX for schedule service and preventive maintenance; service team always gave their honest opinion when it was needed and never charge for stuff I didn't need. One day I will get that Acura MDX Type -S until the meantime, I'm loving this Acura MDX A-spec Advance and everyone I came into contact could not believe that Acura can make midsize luxury SUV.
