“If i could give no stars I would. Meadow is very unprofessional in how she talks to her customers or potential customers. I would not go here if I were a guy especially after the way she talked to my fiance. She basically talked to him like he was less than, and like he was stupid. He is by no means stupid. So what he couldn't remember a detail and had to ask me if I remembered. She started messing up just as much if not more. She is lucky I had enough composure to keep my mouth shut. But I did not want to cause a scene. We walked out not making a deal and will likely never make a deal there. There are far better more professional car dealers around. They also do not list prices on most of their used vehicles and quite frankly are very overpriced. Again if youre thinking about purchasing from these people, I wouldnt. You will be treated like garbage and talked to like garbage, she also has no regard for the guys significant other she is borderline narcissistic flirty and it is very much not appreciated or tolerated.”

“Talk about customer service and taking care of the customer. I just bought a 2021 Mazda CX9 about a week ago, excellent experience BTW, I had to take it back out to the dealership to get 4 new tires put on it. Not only are they paying for the tires but they also gave me a loaner vehicle to drive until I picked mine up. Granted it was only overnight but they didn't have to offer me a car to drive and it wasn't an old beater. It also wasn't brand new, but still, they gave me a nice 2021 Nissan Rogue, which is for sale BTW. 😉😉 It rides nice and is basically loaded. It made me question my choice with the Mazda, haha, but I love the CX-9 so I'll stick with it because it's a great vehicle in amazing shape and it was an amazing deal. Thank you Chris and Portage Chevrolet for the great service. You definitely have a repeat customer and I will definitely be sending people your way”
