“My wife bought a 2023 Buick Enclave from Coastal Buick & GMC in Port Richey. Her journey: She looked at and test drove a used 2023 white Buick Enclave with tan interior in excellent cond low milage. The salesman "Chris Molinari" Is the best! Not pushy took his time went over the pros and cons of this car. After that she went and looked around at many other new vehicles, Hyundai Palisades, Santa Fe, Volkswagen Atlas, Toyota Hylander, and new Buick Enclave Avenir. After test driving them she made her decision. She wanted the used Buick. The other cars just didn't compare for quiet, smooth, performance ride. So two weeks later we returned and Chris was more than graces. He insisted she drive the new Buick and drive the used one again. Chris is a man of his word! And He was right! The new Buick with the 4 cyl turbo is just are no match for 2023 V6. My wife said to me "let's buy this car." Chris and his sales manager Dalton were great! We agreed on an " Out the Door Price" and next was the Finance Mgr Taylor. This took some time and Taylor was nice professional. But, like every other finance guy he tried to add bunch of stuff you don't need. Ext warrantees, service agreements in total $5,800 extra. He hid the true cost until the very end after you sign. Once I saw the final price I said "No Way" Taylor had to delete all paper work and start over. Waste of our time. I don't fault Taylor this is a Dealer tactic to make more money. He was just doing his job. So all in all we would highly recommend Chris sales & Dalton sales mgr for your next car buying experience! Ty Scott and Stacey”
