I’ve had a couple of issues with my vehicle due to an accident And I am grateful that Stephanie who is the service manager has been behind me the whole way to make sure that the small details are followed up on and things are taken care of correctly. “Definitely glad I went back to Mariano Rivera Honda for car #2! I got my first Honda (used 2023 Accord with under 7k miles at the time of purchase) a couple years ago & worked with a wonderful salesman (Juan Salamanca) and the car was very well priced & worked like a dream! Unfortunately, (fast forward almost 2 years later from my first visit in February 2024) I got into a horrific rear end car collision and my Accord ended up being totaled. I went back to the dealership & was looking to get something a little larger and lease rather than finance - so I was looking at the HRV (preferably the EX-L because I liked all the features & upgrades it came with). From the moment I stepped inside the dealership, I was greeted with the same warm atmosphere and friendly attitude that I experienced during my first visit & this time I had the pleasure of working with Sevi Marr as my sales representative. Not only was she extremely helpful and knowledgable about the different vehicles, she was extremely kind, patient, understanding, and honest as she worked relentlessly to make sure that she could work out the best deal she possibly could for me (even through multiple rounds of back and forth negotiations)! I definitely recommend her being your representative if she is in / available because she is truly second to none! Thanks to her & all of her hard work, I came out with a beautiful car that met all of my needs at an amazing price! The only drawback / warning I have about this place is that (both times), I was there for very long periods of time (so plan for a long day if you plan on coming here to get a car - either used or new)... but even that isn't such a major issue for me because I was able to take the day off from work (knowing the potential for how long the appointment could run) & I would rather the personal, careful, and attentive approach this dealership and its workers provide and having it take a bit more time rather than being rushed along, pushy, and treated like cattle like most car dealerships are.”

“I just purchased a 2023 Honda HRV at Mariano Rivera Honda! Chaudhary Mustafa spotted my father and I walking around the lot & introduced himself. We already had a car in mind after seeing it online. Chaudhary took the time to explain everything to us and let me test drive the car. He was kind & patient with our questions and concerns. I greatly appreciated that he wasn’t being pushy.
