“I arrived for my appointment this morning & was greeted & escorted by a gentleman from my car into an area to see who was to help me today. Michal was at the desk & introduced himself & said he'd be helping me. he said he has me in for an oil change. I informed him of a couple problems , he asked me to explain. The problem with engin hesitation at 4, 10 or 40 mph & I drove home 3days prior in a rain storm, with my air conditioning on & flooded road the hazard light came on for the coolant. I'd turned off the air the rest of the way home. Michal assured they will check it out and keep me informed. He was very professional. When it was finished Michal went over everything with me, said all the tests came out perfectly, explained the things I'd mentioned were normal for the VW make & it's a good car.
