“I’m going to be super honest get ready lol!! Overall, I’m happy with my car but the buying process was much longer and more frustrating than I expected. It took almost a month to get everything finalized and there were multiple delays throughout the process. Communication could have been better and it often felt like I had to keep following up for updates. Which I APPRECIATE David, John & Brian for trying to keep me in the loop when I would reach out. That said, everything was eventually completed and I finally have all the papers for my car :))! Which I also appreciate John for overnight shipping my tag!! I appreciate/ am grateful that they stuck with the process until it was finished. Again, John the finance manager and Brian in sales were very good an eased my mind a lot but I hope the staff in general can improve their efficiency and communication for future customers. Definitely recommend Brain & John for your whole sale they will do there best to make it smooth for you!”
