“My experience with this dealerships service department is one that is lack luster at best and needs to be shared. I had multiple repair attempts on my 2023 Jeep Grand Wagoneer. My jeep was still under the manufactures warranty. Every attempt at repairing a vibration issue was unsuccessful and in the process I was scammed into buying a new set of tires at the advise of their technician. Later to find out from the service manager that they knew the tires were not the issue all along. After being charged $1800 for new tires, that didn’t rectify the issue. I was denied a refund, and could not sell the old ones to recoup some of the expense since they threw the original new tires away. They proceeded to replace axels and the differential that still did not solve the problem. My vehicle set on their lot for weeks on end without being moved. There service manager is nervously rude and unprofessional. I have tried to resolve the issue with the unnecessary charge of the tires by reaching out to management. They are unresponsive and would not be bothered with the issue. I would stay clear of this dealerships service department for mechanical issues. As the only good experience I have had there is an oil change. The service department is overwhelmed, understaffed and they lack experienced technicians. The service advisors are overwhelmed to the point where they vocalized to me personally that they felt like walkout and quitting. I am not willing to let this go unresolved. I have reached out to the attorney generals office for mediation. If I am not able to get the resolve deserved due to the government shut down, I will be taking this to small claims court. Update November 29th. I spoke with manager Brandon Rocco over the phone. I went over my situation with Brandon. Brandon made me aware that he was fully aware of the situation with my vehicle. He also made me aware of the large rental car bill that he had to pay Enterprise for the rental that we used. Which is not my fault, and has nothing to do with why I was calling. Also stated that Jeep recommended the tires that I didn't need, also not my fault. I asked for a concession back on the price of the tires. He stated that I was the one that picked the tires out. I let Brandon know I picked the tires out because his service department didn't know how to pick tires and offered me a set of tires that were only good in the summer which means I would have had to buy two sets of tires. He refused to work with me to offer any concession. I made him aware that the next steps will be small claims court.”
