“My son and I went to look at a 2018 Chevrolet Equinox today. The red one. Full of dog hair and smells like wet a dog. This vehicle is also missing the gear shift position indicator at the console. There is a hole there and objects could easily fall into this area and jam your shifter linkage. Detail guy should put in more effort and sales department should be ashamed to show this one. We were going to pay cash but got nowhere with Mike Madruga concerning IKON fee and Nitrogen air fee. Google defines IKON fee 399 dollars as a junk fee and may include GPS tracking device for finance company. I explained to Mr Madruga that I was a cash customer and not interested in a vehicle tracking device. I was told these fees were non negotiable. Also Nitrogen air fee 90 dollars. Whats wrong with compressed air at no fee? Buyers beware.”
