“This review is in reference to a vehicle purchase my wife and I made at this dealership on April 30, 2026. While staff were pleasant enough, and we are satisfied with the vehicle, the dealership botched the paperwork and documentation portion of the transaction so badly that I cannot recommend this dealership to anyone. We entered the dealership with preapproval from our credit union, which we used to finance the purchase alongside our down payment. During the purchase, we had to restart the signature process five times due to paperwork errors. The dealer tried to get us to sign a Lemon Law Disclosure despite the vehicle not being a lemon and that disclosure not applying to this purchase, and it took much longer than it should have to get the finance manager to understand that the form was included in error. Eventually, the form was removed. Additionally on the purchase paperwork, names were spelled wrong, birth dates and other identifying information was incorrect - and each time we had to start the signatures over anew because their digital system had no easy way to correct errors. When the purchase ordeal concluded, over the next several days, we received numerous harassing texts and emails to provide proof of auto insurance, which we had provided in person during the purchase process - I guess they missed that as well? We were willing to overlook all the above, but the final straw was today when we received a letter in the mail that our application for dealer financing had been denied. WE NEVER APPLIED FOR DEALER FINANCING AS WE ENTERED THE DEALERSHIP WITH PREAPPROVED FINANCING THROUGH OUR CREDIT UNION (redacted letter below). I called our credit union for clarification (I do not trust the dealer to provide accurate information by this point) and learned that our loan is, a month after the initial purchase, still in limbo because the dealer has not provided the credit union with critical information to finalize it. When or if the dealer will get the situation straightened out, I don't know. If you do choose to do business with this dealer, review the paperwork carefully and be prepared for ongoing problems long after things should have concluded.”
