“I had a very disappointing experience with this dealership and would not recommend them. The vehicle I purchased was misrepresented in multiple serious ways. First, the mileage on the car was off by approximately 1,500 miles compared to what was advertised and represented at the time of sale. This alone is unacceptable. More concerning, the car was sold to us with a severely damaged tire and rim. The tire was actively losing air, and the rim itself was damaged. The dealership was fully aware that we had traveled from Chicago to Detroit specifically to purchase this vehicle and that we would be driving it home on a long trip. Selling a car in this condition, knowing the situation, shows a lack of concern for customer safety. When these issues were brought to their attention, the dealership offered very minimal compensation, which did not come close to addressing the seriousness of the problems. Even worse, they were not willing to have a meaningful discussion about resolving the situation fairly. This experience is especially frustrating given that we paid full sticker price for the vehicle and did not negotiate a lower price. Paying full price should come with transparency, honesty, and a vehicle that is safe and accurately represented, none of which we received. Overall, this felt misleading and unprofessional. I would strongly caution anyone considering purchasing a vehicle here to double-check everything and be prepared for limited support if issues arise.”

Our rep Will found me exactly what I was looking for and allowed me to test drive it multiple times to make sure it fit my needs, and never pressured me to buy anything. There was no weird finance person involved to upsell you things you may not want/need. I dealt with Will the entire process and it was smooth. I’m very happy with my first Lincoln experience at Hines Park.”
