“Updated Review: Initially, I left a 1-star review because my car was left dirty after the wash. However, the staff later reached out to apologize and offered to fully clean the car again. I appreciate that they took responsibility and made the effort to fix the issue. The follow-up service was much better, so I’m updating my review. Thank you. ----------------------------------------- I came here today for an oil change, but the experience was very disappointing. I had a half-finished Starbucks drink in my car, and the staff accidentally knocked it over. The coffee spilled onto my seat and the wireless charging area. What made it worse was that they did not properly clean it up—the drink was simply left overturned and leaking, which felt very careless and unprofessional. Overall, the service was unacceptable, and this experience left a very bad impression. I will not be coming back to this place again.”
