“So I went in to buy a car from this dealer I was going to purchase an Audi 2012 it had 8000 miles on it. It was immaculate condition on the inside and the outside no dings nothing look like they had never drove the car so on the outside, it looked good but under the hood, the engine was shot. So as I was examining the car. I opened the hood. I looked under the hood I see So oil leaks he say oh they just changed the oil he wasted some oil we’ll get it cleaned up. I said yeah cause I need to see if it’s still gonna be leaking. We’ll clean the engine up and we’ll get on top of that take the car home never mind you the only reason I took the car home is because he had a 5 day guarantee. You could bring the car back no questions asked whatever the case maybe I was gone go have the car inspected anyways to be safe, so that’s the only reason I took it otherwise the oil leak was a indication that the car was a no go. So I take the car home notice an hour later look under the hood or leaking it again. Look on the ground what do I see? Oil puddle! These the pictures in this Review. I sent them a text message this car is still leaking oil. Send them pics! They say bring it back in the next day so they can have a look at it take it back in. I’M LIKE NAW THIS CAR LEAKING OIL YA’LL NEED YO TOW IT BACK IN IM JOT OK WITH THIS! They said oh the gasket was messed up. Must’ve had a gasket malfunction will replace the gasket on it. Give me a loaner car. I go home next day they called me to pick the car back up at this point. I am not believing anything they have to say and I’m thinking they’re shucking and jiving and lying so I tell him I’m gonna take this car and get inspected by AUDI dealership because I don’t believe y’all have done nothing y’all said they provided me with a Carfax they provided me with All these maintenance records supposedly maintenance had been done, but I don’t think any of it have been done. They know this engine was gone and it was no good next day get to the dealership and low and behold, they said this engine needs to be replaced. I was pissed off cause now you don’t wasted three days of my time I’ve been back-and-forth to this dealership three different days just to find out you tried to sell me a car with the engine bad and issues and you knew it and you tried to sell it to someone a woman with children and I told you something was not right and I do believe they knew it! SO IF YOU don’t wanna be bamboozled DO NOT go to AutoNation to buy a car they are scammers and frauds and will sell you anything and look you in your face and tell you that the car is good four or five different people swore to me that this car was in good condition and it was NOT!! STAY AWAY!!! WHO NEEDS A TOW THE VERY NEXT DAY AFTER BUYING A CAR!?”
