“Great used car dealership! Went in and bought a 2018 Subaru WRX STI with a few faulty issues such as the pilot bearing and a warped flywheel + clutch issues. And the AC wasn't working when I test drove it but they took care of the issue promptly. They offered to take apart the transmission and take a look into it so I went ahead and purchased a brand new clutch kit, flywheel, and pilot bearing for them to replace it for free. I thought that they were ripping me off with the 3 year warranty for $2,600 but for a STI a warranty is needed and they even took off $700 for a GPS tracker that I don't need. Overall, I'm happy so far with my purchase. I'm waiting for the clutch kit to arrive and be installed and can't wait to have my STi back! love the old classic turbo charged EJ255 motor and the limited edition sunroof is a nice plus. They gave me a loaner car for free while waiting for the repair as well. Each staff member here is very professional and they treat you like family. Even after I was angry at them during the initial buying process of the car but they've been making up for it. I highly recommend this dealership! It is a used car dealership so of course you aren't going to be getting a brand new car with no issues but they will make sure you leave smiling. Thank you Derek and Ray for the smooth purchase! I will be back and recommend this dealership to everyone that I know! Update: They loosened my control arm and it popped out of place after replacing my clutch and flywheel. Not sure as to why it was even loosened in the first place but I took it back and they repaired it and now my car runs perfectly!”
