“I took my vehicle in for an electrical repair & airbag recall. It took 3 different days for them to finally fix my electrical issue. They did the airbag recall issue on the 3rd visit and I noticed driving home that the "service airbag" light was on. I called them when I got home & was told I would need to drive my Tahoe & put in some miles & it would go out. It has not done so after approximately 1 month. After speaking with a friend (who is a mechanic) about the issue he said the airbag would not be operable & get it back asap. It is now at the North Star shop with my daughter waiting for them to do the job right & not knowing if they will get to it anytime soon. My next call will be to the recall team & report the issue.”
