āWith the intention of trading in my 2018 RAV4 and upgrading to a new RAV4, I went to the dealership where I had bought my first RAV from. That turned out to be a less than pleasant experience but I really wanted the car! Lucky for me I ended up finding the exact same Rav4 XLE Premium at the Jim Shorkey website. I got even more lucky when Jennifer Yeager answered my inquiry. š. My experience the previous day left me angry and extremely gun shy now trusting car salesmen. We all know the stereotype and it can be real. Jennifer listened to my unpleasant experience, assured me that they didnāt operate that way, and that she would take care of everything. I knew I wasnāt being unreasonable with the deal I wanted to make and I really wanted that car! After I told her what I could doā¦she took over. In about a hour l, they offered a fair price for my trade and I received a way better APR than the other dealer came back with. Significantly better! Not only did Jennifer accomplish the record time deal, she understood my hesitance in visiting another dealership for another let down, and Jim Shorkey is an hour away. Soā¦she did the entire sale via text message with me. When I got up there I basically signed and drove! I couldnāt be more pleased with the experience. š I really like the RAV4. I bought my first in 2018 after riding in my friends. I intend to drive one until something else impresses me more. I also believe in loyalty which is why I went back to my previous dealership in the first place. They will get their own review. This is about Jennifer Yeager and Jim Shorkey Toyota including Bob Rizzitano, the Finance Director. He scored the awesome APR through Toyota Financial that I never thought I would qualify for. As I drove home in my brand new RAV4 XLE Premium I felt so grateful that a crappy experience at one dealership led me to a saleswoman and a dealership that went above and beyond. I certainly feel better about being loyal. The care to my financial needs and vehicle wants was exceptional! I highly recommend buying your next car here.ā

Both were extremely professional and managed the sales process with ease, something that is always important to me when buying cars. Negotiation was completely fair and transparent and we were able to close the deal with in a couple of hours of identifying the truck. I love the truck and appreciate all the help from the team. āFor starters, 5 stars isnāt enough for how great this team is, specifically Jake.
I found a beautiful 4 Runner online and applied for it through Car Gurus. Within 24 hours I get a very friendly message from salesmen, Jake Termin who went above and beyond throughout this entire process for me, more than most ever would.
From the first call I took with Jake he came off as a very friendly, knowledgeable, customer-centric person helping me coordinate everything as I came from out of state to make this purchase. Jake was very transparent with his pricing and deal, made it hassle free and cracked jokes along the way. I have nothing but great things to say about the guy and will be recommending him to everyone I know who needs a car.
Iāve bought several cars at this point and no one has ever gone above and beyond as he has. From helping me find flights for my trip out there to sending videos of him cleaning the rims with the clothes he was wearing to make sure thereās wasnāt curb rash, this man will without a doubt take care of you. He even picked me up on his way to the dealership the morning we closed on the carā¦.. Absolutely the best white glove service Iāve ever received.
MASSIVE thank you to Jake and his manager Phil for making this transaction fun, fair and easy from start to finish. I will without a doubt be working with them again.

āWhat a bad experience with this dealer!! They scammers, Liars and irresponsible.
My trucks engine failed on October, I took it to the dealer because āI thought was my best optionā they immediately notified me of how expensive it was going to be because they had to disassemble the engine to diagnose the problem. Once open, they couldnāt convince the insurance about the problem, the insured didnāt want to cover anything, they wanted to blame it on me and at the end they said: you either pay $4.000 and have it as you bring it or $22.000 for a new engine. They donāt work with the warranty parts, so I had to pay at the end the overpriced amount of for a new engine $10.000.
When I finally got the truck, was the worst part. I found coolant under the hood, everywhere, a total mess. Also they broke the grill and tried to blame it on me, when I showed them I had proof it was them, they just fixed it after being rude and unprofessional, just because I told them I didnāt do it. Then when I left the parking lot the truck had another problem that it didnāt have, I took it back and they were angry and again they tried to blame it on me, the supposedly tested the truck few times and they didnāt notice of the motor fan not working, it was obvious when accelerating.
Horrible customer service from the manager, mechanics and even at the end from the girl who was assigned to my case repair.
They didnāt clean the exterior of truck being there half winter and being driven for testing, they gave me an empty tank (when I had more than half when I hand it to them) and a mess under the hood.
The engine is still good, but Iām very disappointed with this companyā
