“What a great experience....for a 2ND TIME!I I traded in my beautiful Cadillac CTS which I purchased from CAR SHOP 4 years ago, for a fully loaded 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee with 34K miles. This experience was a first though. My Jeep was initially in new Jersey. I had to pay a non refundable delivery fee in the amount of 299.00. Who ever heard of that! I wasn't going to do that! The sales person, Ashley, even offered to let me test drive another 2020 Jeep Cherokee that was on the lot to see if I liked it. My wife has the same Jeep Cherokee so I am familiar. My dilemma , is that I really wanted THAT Jeep Cherokee because of the low mileage. I took the risk and I'm so glad I did. I love my Jeep. The trade in amount they gave me for my Cadillac was more than fair. The price was right on the Jeep so no uncomfortable haggling. I'll see you for the 3rd time in a few years.”
