“I had a mixed experience with this dealership. I found a Volvo XC90 online that checked every box for what I was looking for and scheduled an appointment to see it at 1pm. Because I live over an hour away, I specifically called before leaving (at 11:45 am) to confirm the vehicle was still available. I was told it was. After driving over an hour to the dealership, I arrived to find that the vehicle wasn't even on the lot. I was told someone had taken it home for lunch, and I waited approximately 25 minutes for it to return. When it finally arrived, I learned that a deposit had already been placed on the vehicle earlier that morning. This was frustrating, especially considering I had called ahead specifically to avoid making a long trip for a vehicle that wasn't available. I appreciated being allowed to look at and drive the XC90 anyway, but by that point it was no longer available for purchase. The salesperson told me they frequently receive similar XC90s and would contact me within a few days when another became available. It's now been over a week, and I have not received any follow-up communication. The vehicle itself was beautiful, and everyone was polite throughout the process, but the communication and handling of the appointment left a lot to be desired. For customers traveling a significant distance, accurate information and follow-up are extremely important.”
