The truck had previously been listed around $79K with the dealer-installed upgrades and accessories, and was already marked down to about $72K when I found it, which made it a really attractive deal. The purchase also included two years of maintenance, which was another nice benefit. The whole purchase process went smoothly, and I’m very happy with the truck and all the upgrades and accessories it came with, including the lift, wheels, tires, and more. There was a small misunderstanding during the process, but it was handled quickly and professionally. A big thank you to Katrina and Robert for taking care of it and making things right. A special thanks to Katya for helping make the entire experience such a positive one. She was great to work with, helpful throughout the process, and made everything feel straightforward and easy. My truck was missing the floor mats that were part of the deal, and Katya took care of it right away and got them ordered quickly. I really appreciated the follow-through. This dealership knows how to welcome clients and at the same time make clients feel heard, valued and personalized. Jacob's communication before the sales appointment was consistent, relevant and non-intrusive. He worked diligently throughout the whole process from first contact - drive away to ensure the process was smooth, to ensure I got the vehicle I wanted, and to deliver the vehicle much, no really, MUCH sooner than I anticipated. When it came time for Ryan (Finance Manager) to work his magic, he was organized, professional, friendly and literally personally invested in not only the purchase process but also in me as the client. He explained every option thoroughly and concisely at the same time. He listened when I declined certain options with NO added pressure, he was forthcoming with sharing his experiences on beneficial options, and at the end of the day we hit the comfortable price point (you know the point after the initial sales pricing discussion when the 'options' hit the table.)
