“Well, went in with no car.. And left my driving my new car. Big E, my sales guy pulled off the impossible and got me in a car that I would've thought impossible. It was all stacked against me. Big E said...challenge accepted. And man did he plow thru that wall....he made me a believer and gained not only a customer, but a friend also. Thanks Big E!! And the whole crew there at Bell Ford....you guys are awesome”

“Went by to test drive the Maverick & was helped quickly and efficiently. The salesman pulled a truck around and let us go. He wasn’t pushy, which was great. Upon our return we couldn’t find him to return the keys, but another friendly salesman took them. We had a great experience. Now for some constructive criticism for the salesman. To prequalify my critique: I work in the automotive & power sports industry and have worked sales. 1. You never asked for our info. 2. You just let us leave in the truck without checking to see if we even had a drivers license. I found this strange. This should have been your golden opportunity to get lead information for a follow up. 3. You never asked us the important questions: buying timeframe, who the truck was for. For management: I’ve also worked in compliance and risk management for an automotive company. I’m not familiar with the area & when I asked the salesman if you had a recommended test drive route, he said there was none. In the past I’ve seen this as a liability for a dealership with their insurance company. Might be worth checking. Or at the least having the salesman ask if their customer is familiar with the are and then give a suggestion.”

“I stopped at Bell Ford to take a look at a 2018 Black 4-cylinder (I was told it was a 6) Eco Boost 2.3T Mustang with 40k miles in August 2024. It drove nice, had a few ext. scrapes and had most of the bells/whistles. Aaron Johnson said they have wrapped cars before to change the ext color. That promise went out the window right away. The first red flag they didn’t even service the vehicle, do a used car point inspection or even wash or wax it. The sales manager told Aaron to give me a free oil change ($125). I insisted on an extended warranty which was a 36k mile plan. I paid over $26k for a six year old car, with 8% interest it came to a $33k loan. I checked the Kelly Blue Book value prior to submitting this review. They sold me a vehicle $10-12k more than the vehicle’s value, but did sell me “gap” insurance so if the vehicle is involved in an accident I won’t end up paying on a totaled vehicle. This car will be over 12 yrs old before it is even paid off. The first thing that went haywire was the horn kept sounding and drained my battery. I took it to Jim Click Ford in Tucson. The bill was $250 to find out there was a tracking device and security alarm on the vehicle. When I found out I called Bell Ford and spoke to Aaron, which gave me a bad taste in my mouth. I spoke to the service mgr and he said if there was something that needed repaired he would see it was completed. I found out the vehicle was originally sold by them, but the tracking and security devices were after market additions. Once Ford removed the devices I didn’t have another issue (with the horn honking at least). They claimed there were no recalls on it, but that changed when I received a letter for the rear camera requiring inspection. I know they never serviced it because the “oil change” light came on after driving it about 500 miles. A few months later the “check engine” light illuminated. So it is back to Ford service and this time it’s more bad news. The engine had coolant in cylinder 3 and the entire top of the engine had to be replaced at $4100. Thank heavens the extended warranty covered the parts and labor. I was responsible for replacing the fluids ($50) and $100 deductible. Four months later while driving I shut off the engine, opened the door and the radio is still playing. The manual shut off switch didn’t work. Then the nightmare grew to no dash/back-up/brake/running/turn directional lights, no A/C or back up camera. I prayed all the way home I wasn’t rear-ended during the two mile drive. I had it towed to Ford again because I was afraid of causing an accident. This time it is a bad module and it’s been two+ weeks waiting on the part to arrive after the initial computer check. It is covered by the ext warranty minus my $100, if nothing else goes on the fritz. This is my third Mustang and the first two combined I had for 14 years. In the 20 months owning this Mustang (that is a year younger than my second one), it has spent nearly six weeks at Ford service. Other than a sensor replacement on my 07 Mustang, this 2018 has a longer service record than my 07 & 17 combined. If Bell Ford had taken the time to place the vehicle on the computer to access/check the systems before kicking the tires and lighting the fires, all this grief might have been avoided. I am convinced the previous owner ran the ever loving crap out of it. Bell Ford spends more time on making promises they don’t keep and less time on making sure a used vehicle isn’t a lemon. I wonder what I will do once the extended warranty runs out and this Mustang continues to break down. They knew I am a single disabled veteran and took advantage of me. It’s a miracle I haven’t been homeless. I am glad I waited to post a review because the issues with this vehicle has snowballed. I looked into car wraps and they are as costly as a new paint job. For the price they took me to the cleaners and all the headaches, they should have at least followed through with their promise.”

“Went to get some blemishes corrected to my F 150 pretty good service. The time they said that was need was pretty close to what it took. Sales rep that sold me the truck just happened to be coming into work. He greeted me made sure I was happy with the truck. Had some small talk then he went to work selling more vehicles.”

“I had an amazing experience buying my Bronco from Bell Ford! From start to finish, the process was smooth and stress free. Collin Anderson was outstanding, knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely helpful every step of the way. He took the time to answer all my questions, kept me updated, and made sure I got exactly what I was looking for. Joe made the process of finalizing the price ‘almost’ painless, but very fun and easy! Andrew made the finance process quick and easy! I couldn’t be happier with my Bronco and the service I received with all departments. Highly recommend Bell Ford and especially Collin Anderson if you’re in the market for a new vehicle!”
