β€œOriginal purchase experience was good, love the new ride. However they goofed up my registration. I called back for two days, left messages. No return calls. Finally found Van's number in finance. He ignored me all day. At the end of the day, I asked him if you can't help me, can you put me in touch with someone else who can? He said, if you don't like it, call the main number or your salesperson and ghosted me. Classic example of a dealership who will do anything to get your business. But once they have the check your on your own. I had to fix my registration at the DMV.”

β€œThe amazing Anthony was just that- amazing! I felt completely comfortable dropping my car off. Max Nava (from parts) and Anthony helped me secure a hard to find recall part for my car regarding the side curtain airbags. I have little kids and so this recall was important to us. Max helped me with the part and Anthony did a terrific job installing. Communication was top notch. Trust built quickly and we will be back for all service needs for the cars and will be the first place we visit when we need a new car because of Max and Anthony. Thank you!!!”

β€œβ­β­β­ (3/5) β€” Mixed Experience | 2026 RAM 1500 Purchase Buying a new vehicle should be an exciting milestone, and in many ways it was β€” I drove home in a 2026 RAM 1500 and I love the truck. However, the experience at AutoNation CDJR North Phoenix had some significant bumps that I feel other buyers deserve to know about. The good: The sales team was friendly and got me into the vehicle I wanted. The not-so-good: A recall was discovered at the very last minute during delivery β€” not exactly confidence-inspiring on a brand-new truck. From that point forward, getting answers became a challenge. My calls to the finance department went unreturned. When I called the store directly, staff seemed unaware of my situation or who I should speak with. Emails were met with silence. For a transaction of this size, timely, professional communication is the minimum expectation. A new vehicle purchase should not feel like chasing down a contractor who already has your money. I remain hopeful they'll make this right. I'd encourage any prospective buyer to document everything and get every commitment in writing before signing.”
