“I brought my car to this dealership because I expected professional service. I pay dealership prices for a reason—I expect my vehicle to be treated with care.
Before my appointment, all four of my wheels were in flawless condition. No scratches, no chips, and no curb rash. After the service, I immediately noticed a fresh chip on one of my rims that was not there before. I’ve included photos showing the damage, along with photos of the wheels before the service to show the condition they were in.
Damage like this is completely unacceptable. Changing a tire should not result in cosmetic damage to a customer’s wheel, especially at a dealership that advertises professional, high-quality service.
This was entirely preventable, and I’m extremely disappointed that my car was returned to me in worse condition than when I dropped it off. I trusted the dealership to take care of my vehicle, and that trust was broken.”

“June 18th 2026. White toyota highlander.
I Recently bought a used car from here. The Experience wasn’t too bad, although I credit that to shopping around, patience and doing homework months beforehand on the specific car we purchased. Once we agreed to the terms of the contract and loan, the verification process began and everything went pretty fast. This is where we encountered the first problem. During the loan process I asked for a spare key. They didn’t have one and fought me the entire time on getting me a replacement. Their argument was, “ It didn’t come with one so we don’t have one”. They informed me the previous owner was having his car worked on and they would ask him for it. 2 weeks passed and I called to follow up and still nothing, they told me the same story of the owner having his car there and they will ask him. Fast forward to the next issue.
The car was sent for detailing during the loan process but when the car was pulled up for us to take home, we notice it definitely wasn’t detailed. It was also missing the floor mats and had half an empty gas tank. After being at the dealership all day with our 6 month old baby and getting car seat all ready out in the extreme Phx heat, waiting AGAIN to have the car actually detailed at the end of the day was the last thing we wanted to do. They reassured us they would reach out to the previous owner, get the spare key, get us detailing whatever day we wanted to come back, and look for the floor mats that were most likely taken out at the start of the detailing process that was never done.
I’m not sure if the loan processors were so efficient that detailing department was too slow, or the salesmen/management just weren’t paying attention and the car fell through the cracks due to lack of staff communication. We took the car back to get “detailed” and could’ve saved time by going to a regular car wash. In the end we ended up going to a car wash and cleaning the car ourselves. While getting the car “detailed” I had to follow up about the floormats they suddenly didn’t have, and then argued with us that there were none to begin with. Then their argument was that the floormats weren’t even in the pictures in display so they don’t need to provide us with any. I know there were floormats because one had a stain I was worried about. I also asked them to show me what pictures they were looking at since we couldn’t see the photos on the website and Manny completely blew me off and stopped returning my calls. You would think that a senior employee/manager would set the example for the rest of the sales team as a real leader but I guess that’s the low standard that
Autonation Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram North Phoenix sets for its entire staff.
The process started off easy going but ended up disappointing from the promises of Manny and Alex that they had never followed through on. I let go on having faith they were one of the rare dealers that had character and integrity. My advice to anyone browsing through this dealership is to stay clear of their fake smiles and promises. Other dealerships may be a little more difficult but at least you know you’re getting honesty.”

“Overall, my experience with AutoNation was average. The repair itself appears to have been handled, but the customer service left a lot to be desired.
The biggest areas for improvement are communication and empathy. Throughout the process, I often had to reach out for updates rather than being proactively informed about the status of my vehicle. When you’re without your car, timely communication makes a huge difference and helps set realistic expectations.
I also felt that my concerns weren’t met with much understanding. Car repairs can be stressful and expensive, and a little more empathy and transparency would have gone a long way in making the experience feel more customer-focused.
I don’t expect perfection, but I do expect clear communication, follow-through, and a service advisor who recognizes the inconvenience customers are experiencing. With better communication and a more compassionate approach, this could have easily been a much better experience.”

“Got my Infiniti from AutoNation. My salesman was Romel. He was a really good salesman. My finance guy Nick, that man has an amazing attitude. He does great work and getting whoever financed and he works his butt off to make sure to let you know every single detail on what you can and cannot do and what’s best for you and your situation I 100% recommend talking to Nick. He will do everything he can for you.”

“Exceptional Customer Service in Sales Department, Finance Department, and Service Department. Outstanding selection of new and used vehicles. Outstanding options of Warranties for Used Vehicles. (3years)
My experience at AutoNation CDR was a challenging yet rewarding experience. I ended up getting an excellent Salesman, Remil and strong Finance Manager, Max, that went to bat for me to get my car up to speed with being completely fixed in its entirety; sound body and soul. Yup. Thats right people. Alex in Service also went to bat for me with the Sales team to the head of household; The GM. I was extremely nervous. Had my car's toggle been covered completely by the excellent extended 3 year warranty i purchased with the car, I would not be so rattled. I waited patiently as they made the decision to fix the toggle. I was delighted and finally calm as they also gave me a Jeep Grand Cherokee while my Audi wad getting fixed. Its back in my pocession now and I am in love all over again. Thank you AutoNation CDR for finding me a car that fits my lifestyle completely. 100% on board with that answer and I have them to thank at AutoNation CDR in Phoenix off of Bell St and the i17. Go see them, they wont let you down. Just make sure you got some $$$ to put down and they will work with you. Thanks for letting me post. 🙏🙌🙏”
