“Thanks to Josh for selling and getting me into a new car. Great place to get a vehicle if your looking. I went there just to bargain about selling my 2021 Chevy Tahoe and wasn't looking into buying or trade in as I just had one purpose. Sell the Tahoe, get money back. My plan after that, get a rental from Enterprise and the start looking for a new car. They recognized they could help me so i wouldn't be stranded and also lose out on specific deals. I guess I came in the right week! They wanted to give me options and that didn't sound bad. So, they worked everything out and I looked at 3 of 4 cars I told Josh I wanted to look at. I found the one I loved and was not only able to get money back on the deal, I rode out with that new car. I will say the process for me was about 7-8 hours but that is my situation in which there were multiple things happening, multiple things i was looking for in all of this. They were service looking at the Tahoe, multiple test drives, detailing what i want in selling and purchasing and them working different ways to put it together.
