“I purchased a vehicle from Pacifico Hyundai three months ago and returned yesterday for my first oil change. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The reception staff was not welcoming or friendly, which immediately set a negative tone. More concerning, after the oil change, the oil cap was not properly closed. Since picking up my car, I noticed a strong gasoline smell inside the vehicle. Today, while driving home from work, my car started smoking heavily, which was extremely alarming and unsafe. I trusted the dealership’s service department to properly maintain my vehicle, especially for something as routine as an oil change. This situation could have caused serious damage or even put my safety at risk. I hope management takes this matter seriously and improves both customer service and quality control.”
