“I highly do not recommend! They will tell you one thing on the phone and the story will change once you arrive. Mainline does not work with bad-average credit scores or low down payments. After a full three day process of being told otherwise, after adding a good co-signer (with good credit & income), increasing the down payment amount twice and a bunch of credit pulls. I was still not able to get a vehicle at all even after they told me I could multiple times. I was then told to try a different co-signer. They will make you feel like they are the best choice and that no matter what, you will walk away with a car. Not true.”

“I saw Gene this morning and not only was he helpful he was very patient, professional and kind. He made sure I left in the car I wanted. Ask for him when you come in. You won’t be disappointed.
Edit: let me also add that the rest of the staff are friendly and make you feel welcomed to be there.”

“I don’t even know where to start mainline auto on Torresdale is a horrible place of business. I came in with 820 credit $7000. They sold me a car that had check engine for the first two months i had the vehicle. I’ve had the vehicle for 2 months after that. It’s back in the shop already. The repair shop that they have does bad work. I feel Scammed to the fullest. Every time I call to speak to someone the person that was handling my case no longer works there every time. They are dishonest and are only out to get people for their money. I will never recommend mainline auto. I came as a respectful person to purchase my first loan vehicle and they did me so wrong and are continuing too. I wish I never took my hard earned money to this establishment . I’m heart broken. I’m driving a rental not even the truck. The warranty that was purchased from this establishment won’t even fix my truck because it said that the work that was done to my truck was junky so now I have to pay out-of-pocket for everything with my vehicle. I am so hurt .. I’m losing time from work because I have to run around and get rentals and take my vehicle back-and-forth to get fixed since I received this vehicle. I have called 3 times and no one calls me back.I have requested a print out of the work that was done to my vehicle and I gotten no response . I just paid a lot out of pocket for exhaust work due to it not being covered due to faulty repair work that a Jeep dealership showed me under the truck. Shame on you.”
