He called to verify it was still available and spoke with Olga. The next day (Saturday) we drove over an hour to look at the car. It was Olga’s day off but she came in for us and from the moment we were greeted, we felt relaxed and comfortable. Mario Santos was so kind and professional and acted with such incredible integrity he informed me that there’s a program called HSA which if the repair is under a $1000 and within 12 months or 12,000 HSA WILL cover the repairs. My techs name was Justin who was unbelievable not only was he very professional but vey honest. Justin not only replaced the hood latch with the sensor built in he took care of a recall that I wasn’t aware of. What took me back was when I asked Mario why shimmer Ford does this Mario said “because we should” we shouldn’t take advantage of problems that shouldn’t exist a few miles outside of warranty.
