I purchased my 2016 Kia Optima from this dealership as a pre-owned vehicle about 4–5 years ago, and it currently has only around 90,000 miles. I’ve now had both passenger-side windows fail — first the rear passenger window stopped working, and now the front passenger window completely dropped into the door and won’t roll back up. I’m struggling to understand how a vehicle with under 100k miles ends up with multiple window motor/regulator failures. After doing research, I found many owners reporting similar issues, which makes this seem like more than normal wear and tear. I reached out to both the dealership and Kia hoping for some goodwill assistance due to the repeated failures. Instead of receiving meaningful help, I was told I needed to pay for diagnostics and was given an estimate of roughly $2,300 to replace both passenger-side window assemblies and motors. What made this experience even more disappointing was feeling like dealership management showed little interest in helping despite me purchasing the vehicle through them and being a long-term customer. I asked whether any assistance, goodwill repair options, or cost-sharing could be considered and was essentially told I would be responsible for the full amount. I was already unhappy with the price I paid when I originally purchased the vehicle and felt I paid a premium expecting quality and support. Having major repeated failures like this before 100,000 miles and then receiving no meaningful help has been extremely frustrating. I expected better reliability and better customer care.

I had an AMAZING experience at Perris Valley Auto Center today and couldn’t be happier with my new car. Rocky was hands down the MVP. From start to finish, he was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable and most importantly, not pushy at all (which is rare and very appreciated). He actually listened to what I wanted, answered every question, and made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping people, not just making a sale. Jesse, the general manager, was also awesome super professional and welcoming and the finance guy was cool as hell and made that part smooth and painless. Overall, the entire team made what’s usually a stressful experience actually enjoyable. Huge thank you to Rocky especially if you’re looking for a car, ask for him. I’ll definitely be recommending Perris Valley Auto Center to everyone I know 🚗💨

Me and my husband recently went to look for a car and it was the best experience in any dealer we have ever been to. Everyone is so helpful and really nice, Axel was great ! He made sure he got us what we were looking for. Got us in and out in a matter for moments. Made us feel welcome and was always checking in to make sure everything went well! Forgot to mention always gave us a good laugh & felt like home. We Really liked him, as well anyone that assisted us. The managers, and Micheal from finance! He really made sure the contract and everything was very understandable! We differently recommend coming here for future purchases.

I recently bought a used car at Perris Valley Auto Center and had a great experience working with Brandon. He was friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable about the vehicles. Brandon took the time to answer all my questions, made me feel comfortable throughout the process, and never once pressured me into making a decision. The whole experience was smooth and stress-free, and I left feeling confident with my purchase. If you’re looking for a used car, I highly recommend asking for Brandon—he truly goes above and beyond for his customers!
