“I have been in the Subaru family since my first car. I’ve been to plenty of dealerships throughout my adult life. I have yet to find a dealership THIS good. Firstly.. my salesman Josh was amazing. He got me a great deal. Very professional and was just a joy to be around. 10/10. I walked away with a used 2017 Impreza. Unfortunately on my test drive I missed the rotors being warped. However I called them back and spoke to Chris. Chris told me to bring the car back immediately and they’ll take care of it. He told me they do not abandon customers. I was especially impressed because many dealerships become much less responsive after selling a used car. Peoria Subaru did the opposite—they stood behind the car and took care of the issue immediately. Another 10/10 Once I finally took the car in I was helped by Bryan my service advisor. Guy was really cool pretty helpful and made me feel like I was in good hands.
