Where should I start? If youre in a rush, this is it. They'll lock in a quote that they dont honor when you show up to drop your down payment! This is the spot to go if you want to sit in a dealership for 5 hours and not be offered water once. I purchased a 2023 Nissan murano last night. The car was weather dirty, no issue, they told me they'd detail it. The pictures included are the quality of service from Peoria Nissan dealership when you purchase a car. They arent going to take the tree sap off, thats yours now boss. They wont dry the car, those water marks? They're yours boss. The tank was at nearly 1 gallon. No worries boss we will fill it! ~ I had to remind them Post sale to fill the tank. The salesman i worked with. Dylan Lindsey, had almost no interaction in my sale whatsoever. Provided me next to no details for the car, all he wanted was to push keys into my hand for his commission, and the vibe was festering from the teet of his immediate sales manager. I wont lie, there were applications of genuine human interaction, but far too few in comparison to what's truely occurring behind the picture. Overall, if you see a car at the right price, and can lock it in. Shop here. If its even remotely questionable. Take your money and run. They will hold you in the building for hours on end just to disappoint. 3/5 because im in a good mood.

I recently visited this Nissan dealership in Peoria for an oil change and had an amazing experience with Dan Stone! I actually purchased a car from Matthew Skinner here, and he's one of the best sales agents I've ever worked with - he's not pushy, just a great listener who adapts to your style. In fact, I liked him so much I brought my mother-in-law back the next month to buy her car! But it's not just Dan and Matt - every department at this dealership is top-notch. Today, I met Dan Stone in the service department, and he's just as great. He listened to my needs, offered helpful advice, and made my oil change a breeze. I'm definitely doing all my oil changes here! If you're looking for a hassle-free experience and a team that truly cares, this is your place. Thanks to Matt, Dan, Harvey, Martin, Dillon and the whole team - you've earned my loyalty! 😊

I called Peoria Nissan for an oil change on a Monday afternoon around 130pm. Al answered and was able to schedule me for an immediate appointment. Al greeted me at my car door. Excellent customer service. There were great discount coupons for an oil change and free brake inspection. Both coupons were honored. The car was also fully inspected. I did notice the oil that was re-filled had dripped around the motor and was left un-wiped. I don't believe they offer complimentary car washes. Although, the service was great. Al advised on repairs with no pressure. He seemed really honest and kind. Thank you Al!!

Peoria Nissan has been our shop since August 2024 when we needed to replace our 21' Nissan Titan that was lost in an accident. When an issue came up when our 24' Titan had it's oil changed, they went out of their way to fix it. So, we appreciated that. We were looking to purchase another truck from them and everything went smoothly. Now we also have a 24' Frontier and we're happy with it!

Here is my personal real issues with peoria nissan and they dont care whats so ever for your safey or anything. On March 18th, 2025, I brought my car in for a motor replacement, which took approximately three weeks to complete. I picked up the vehicle on March 31st, 2025. On May 8th, 2025, I noticed a misfire and returned to Peoria Nissan. After an extended inspection, the service advisor informed me that nothing was wrong with the vehicle. I expressed concerns about the diagnostic trouble codes I found: P0300 – Random/Multiple Cylinder Misfire P0316 – Misfire Detected During Start-Up (First 1000 Revolutions) The misfire persisted. After feeling dismissed, I decided to take the car to Rodeo Ford. Their technician inspected the vehicle for about three days and discovered a hole in the heater hose located at the firewall. To my knowledge, the car did not have any leaks when I originally dropped it off for the motor replacement. I brought this to the attention of the service advisors at Peoria Nissan but was again dismissed. The vehicle operated better for a short period, but on June 5th, 2025, the misfire returned and a check engine light came on. Feeling discouraged, I brought the car to a different recommended shop. They informed me that the cam position sensor needed to be relearned to the new motor installed in March. Once corrected, the car ran fine for a while. However, on November 18th, the turbo experienced abrupt failure. The recommended shop found multiple issues related to the motor replacement and suspension components. They discovered that the threads for the tie rod were missing, suggesting the tie rods had been over-tightened (specification: 35 ft-lbs). They also found that the turbo oil feed line was pinched, preventing proper oil flow and causing the turbo failure. These issues point to improper installation of the replacement motor. I spoke with Chris, the shop manager at Peoria Nissan, to address these concerns, but my concerns were again dismissed. At this point, we have already paid $1,800 in parts and labor for work that appears to have been improperly performed. The current repairs—including the turbo, tie rod, and alignment—are expected to cost over $1,000 more. After speaking with multiple ASE certified technician for auto mechanic for 10+ years and have there own shops said no oil got to my turbo caused the failure. They tired to use my perosnal warranty company for the work that their technician has preformed. Please be aware this might happen to you.
