“Lied about the vehicle and condition. NY guy talked smooth about he would put his kids in the vehicle that it is safe and only thibg needing to be done was a clamp and housing for exhaust. Not the case at all. The catalytic converter and the transmission is starting to slip. This is going to cost me over 2000 more to fix his lies. The amount of lies that came out of that man's mouth was sickening. And the fact that the female was sitting there listening to it was shameful. Will be reporting this business to BBB.”

Instead of addressing it, this dealership hid behind “AS IS,” refused to communicate in writing, and tried to pressure me into signing title paperwork anyway. Paperwork was mishandled, accountability was nonexistent, and every interaction felt like a push to lock me in rather than fix the problem. If anything goes wrong after you drive off the lot, expect deflection and pressure, not help. Horrible, shady people.”

I purchased a Volvo from this dealership specifically after requesting and being assured that the car was "very safe" and "mechanically checked" for my family, which includes my pregnant wife and four young children. Safety was the single most important factor. The Failure: The vehicle suffered a critical mechanical failure (messed up CV axles, creating a dangerous driving condition) five minutes after I drove it off the lot. I immediately returned to the dealership and informed the owner of the situation. The Negligence: Despite knowing that this car was purchased for a pregnant woman and children, and despite my immediate report of a safety-critical failure, the dealership has allowed two months to pass without providing a repair or resolution. My family has been forced to drive a vehicle that is demonstrably unsafe. The owner's sole focus has been on receiving payment, demonstrating a total disregard for the lives and well-being of their customers. They sold a dangerous vehicle and then refused to act when the danger was confirmed. CONCLUSION: Do not trust the mechanical assurances given by this dealership. Their actions show a complete lack of integrity and an appalling disregard for public safety. This is more than poor customer service; it is gross negligence that puts lives at risk. Seek your vehicle elsewhere.”

“Do not go to this car lot unless you want to be lied to and completely ripped off!! We bought a car on the lot that we took home and it would not go into reverse. (Note The car was parked so you didn’t have to go into reverse to test drive it) We immediately called the owner telling him the car would not go into gear. At first he acted like he would help with the repairs, but then totally ghosted us…. $8000.00 dollars later for a transmission and he had still not reached out to cover atleast half of the bill, which is all I asked for! This is a horrible company and I just want to make sure no one else is ripped off!!!”

“I bought two Dodge ram 2500 from this dealership. I am happy with both heavy duty truck purchase. I’m also very happy with my salesman Evan. He did an excellent job. Evan made purchasing 2 trucks easy and quick with no pressure unlike the typical car lot dealership wants to shove a vehicle down your throat. This one was not like that it was excellent. I also referred a friend to the dealership and he is very happy as well. I also believe this dealership has better prices versus other dealerships. The ultimate reason why I bought a vehicle from this dealership two times is because they have the best price for a heavy duty truck during Covid times. Having a salesman that was excellent to work with was just icing on the cake and this is a great dealership and I look forward to going for another vehicle purchase in the future.”
