“First, we absolutely dreaded having to buy a new car. We went to few dealerships and had less than stellar interactions (I’m looking at you Nerb Nambers.) We randomly drove by Mini of Peabody and saw they had the two cars we had been thinking of purchasing. We walked in and met Louis Monteforte and he made our purchase experience flawless from start to finish. We actually enjoyed the test drive and everyone at Mini Peabody was lovely, but most especially Louis. He answered my 8000 questions candidly, and took the time to explain everything on the car specs, additional features and costs. Louis found the exact cars we wanted and we had them in just over a week; he worked quickly and efficiently with our insurance agent and was extremely considerate of our time. The day we picked up our cars, Louis went through all the car features and explained how everything worked, including setting up our digital features on our phones.The registry services were phenomenal and Andrew the manager was also very helpful in answering our questions. (They also had icy cold, crispy diet cokes in the chiller - iykyk 😃)”
