“The most important part when purchasing a new car is the service department because that's who you're going to be dealing with for the next couple of years Harold is the service manager at Stevens 112 Ford this man gets it he knows how to treat people the whole staff gets it done I usually give somebody a tip when they change my oil you got to force them to take it when I go pick up food I have to make sure I have cash because if you swipe your card it's going to ask you do you want to give a 20% tip for them preparing your food what I'm trying to say this is an old school place they do things the right way”

“Understaffed which leads to many problems. Thankful for the staff who are trying to make it better but some are rude and don't explain much and cause confusion. How long a car will take to be fixed, one saying it will be ready today then you find out (from having to keep calling for a pick up time) your parts are not even in yet. I avoid using the service dept even though I bought my car from there. Recently I had to go there due to a recall. Every time I've brought my car in for service there's been a problem, when I complain they say oh that mechanic is no longer working here. Ive heard that everytime.”
