Jay in financing was great explaining everything that was happening and helping us to understand and choose the right things we needed to add so they were both amazing. Also Mark was great with making our numbers work.”

“Edit to add: just had my first service experience and Gino was an excellent service advisor! He greeted me outside with a smile, even in this freezing weather! Great customer service all around!!
I started out only looking to upgrade my vehicle and left with a vehicle I’m in love with!! Grace was able to give me everything I loved in my car and really worked with me to be able to achieve the deal! She was super helpful and really made sure to get me what I wanted. She made the whole process of buying my first brand new car less intimidating for me and answered all my questions I had.
The finance guy I worked with, Mike, was amazing as well. He explained all the warranty coverages and answered all questions in a way that I was able to understand without feeling any pressure into anything!
I would definitely recommend Bayway, especially Grace, to anyone looking for a new ride!!!”

“We want to give a HUGE shout-out to Ricardo for being an amazing salesman, stand-up comic, storyteller, and supporter while we searched for a new truck after ours was stolen. Brian and Mark were also amazing! The small-town feel these men provided us in the big city was incredible. We mattered to them. They wanted a relationship with us...not just our business. I had 2 trades in, a Gladiator and Bronco, wanting to get one payment to reach some future goals. I dealt with the GM John Addison and his best sales lady Juria help me. I’m a full time sherif deputy and my schedule is very crazy. They were able to apprise my trades with pictures and info I could provide. They gave me everything I need to get into a new car. I did so much of the haggling without even being there due to my schedule. Of course I had some negative equity but they gave me THOUSANDS more than the other 4 dealers I was working with. I came in late in the evening, and was out in just a few hours. I ended up getting a nicer version of the Durango than I expected. They had already pulled multiple trim levels so I could see all my options. Juria never pressured me into the expensive one. John took the time to educate me on why me choosing a 84 month term was hurting me. He broke down the numbers and showed me how a lower term would have a higher payment but would save me so much money. I was never even asked to do their financing, usually I’m pressure to go for there’s. He asked me once and I said I will continue to use USAA. And that’s was the end of that conversation. I have bought over 12 cars in the last 10 years and I promise you, Bayway Pasadena is hands down the best professionals I’ve dealt with.”
