“I came in a few days ago ready to drive my car straight into the lake. Met with Darrell and he took great care of us. He listened to what we needed and worked to get the deal done. I had even left some keys in my old vehicle and he got them before they took my old car away. Darrell made sure the world revolved around my dad and I. He’s a true asset to the Spitzer family. I love my new car and I’m looking forward to many happy miles.”

“I appreciate Kelly and Dominic and all the service area staff. Thank you for all that you all do. I was however dissatisfied with the car-wash as it resulted in scratches to my left rear passenger side. I washed my vehicle 3 days before taking it in for service and hand dried it myself. There were no scratches/damages at that time. In my frustration, I decided not to report it to the dealership because I my concerns would be dismissed as occurring somewhere else. I can provide photos but what's the point?”

“Not even worth giving one star look at their reviews more bad than good know who your dealing with. recently brought my vehicle to this Buick dealership and had an extremely disappointing experience. I was spoken to in an aggressive, irate tone, with staff raising their voices at me when I questioned why I was being charged a diagnostic fee for an issue that was covered under a recall. That diagnostic fee was $231, which made the situation even more frustrating and unreasonable. My vehicle sat outside on their lot for three days after I was told to drop it off. When I called for an update, I was told the delay was because I “never responded” about what to do with the vehicle. That was completely untrue—I had already spoken with a representative the weekend before and confirmed everything. Instead of taking accountability, I was met with rude attitudes and blame. Despite following all instructions and dealing with a recall-related problem, I was still forced to pay the $231 diagnostic fee. The lack of communication, the hostility, and the unprofessional behavior were unacceptable. I will not be recommending this dealership to anyone. Unless you want to deal with bullying or having your anxiety raised through the roof.”

“My Mother in Law, wife and I visited the dealership on February 7, 2026, and worked with Gavin Collins while browsing for a vehicle. He was friendly and helpful initially, and we test drove a 2020 GMC Terrain that had just been taken in on trade the day prior. We were told it had not yet been serviced or detailed, but we loved the vehicle and decided to purchase it as our new family car. Because the vehicle was not cleaned and we picked it up after dusk on February 9, the condition of the paint and body was not fully visible at the time of delivery. On February 11, I hand washed the vehicle and discovered body damage and paint defects that had never been disclosed. This was extremely concerning, as this damage should have been identified, documented, and communicated before the sale. I returned to the dealership and spoke with Gavin, who told me he would speak with the sales manager and follow up. After receiving no response, I went back and spoke directly with the sales manager, who said they would send the vehicle out to address the paint issues and would contact me by the end of the day to schedule service. I never received that call. Instead, the following day, I received an email stating the dealership was not liable for the damage and would no longer discuss the matter. This lack of accountability and failure to follow through on promises was extremely disappointing. The experience started off positive, but the failure to disclose damage and the complete lack of follow-up or resolution after the sale reflects poorly on the dealership’s integrity and customer service. For this reason, I cannot rate this experience higher than 3 out of 5 stars.”

“Very friendly staff and they brought the truck I wanted to come see (during a snowstorm) inside the showroom floor. They had it cleaned and detailed already so I can see just how nice it was! My salesman Zack was very knowledgeable on all the features that came with the truck, as well as the myGMC app. He helped me set everything up before I left the dealership. I’m super happy with the care I received! Also, I LOVE MY NEW TRUCK!”
