“I just purchased a Mini Cooper Countryman for my wife and here is my experience. I live in another state, but they were offering the best deal within a 500-mile radius. Reached out to them and spoke with Ross. He was not the typical stereotype "used car salesman" but listen and was genuine. Assisted with details by providing additional photos and virtual walk around of the car. When I flew out, he picked me up from the airport. When we got to the dealership, I pointed out a few things the detailers missed (they might want to chat with the detailers about raising their standards) and Ross himself took care of it. He was very amenable and I felt he did well to advocate for me as the buyer. Ross was clearly busy and the dealership may want to look at additional help. The short of it... Was I happy with the process? Yes. Would I buy another car from Ross? If they had what I was looking for and the same great price they had on this car? Absolutely. Thanks Ross. Three week update. Still waiting for the second key. Should have had plenty of time to ship and be received. Not happy as they are a few hundred dollars”
